What Services Are Provided?

We offer fast and reliable shipping services to enable you to plan out mail or packages arrival times, provide secure packaging, file claims in your stead in the case of a delay on express shipments or in the case of breakage during transport.

Our dedicated team works diligently to deliver your orders with care and efficiency. 

We also provide office services such as, printing, faxing, laminating, passport photos, stamp making, mailbox services, notary services, fieldprint services, secure shredding, and scanning to email.

 

Package Returns

Our location  currently accepts a variety of shipping carriers: USPS, UPS.

Additionally we are able to accept USPS and in the future we will also be accepting some FedEx QR Code return label scans.

For those who are not able to identify which one they have here is a dedicated description including pictures of the differences.

-Unfortunately the UPS QR Codes for Amazon are not something that we will be able to process at this time due to the specialized contract that encrypts them between Amazon and UPS.

Drop Off Liability

We ask that all customers take their drop off receipt to avoid future confusion. 

Liability ends once the package is officially scanned and accepted into the carrier's tracking system

Please allow a week or more for your tracking to update.


We will do our best to help answer any questions or concerns about any packages that are dropped off to verify nothing in our care is mishandled during it's brief stay.

Local Creators

We are attempting to source our inventory of gift items with local creators and will have specifically marked show casings in store so to ensure they are spotlighted.

We encourage you to reach out if you know of a local artisan that would blend well with our store's curation.

We hope that eventually that we will have a large selection to cycle through so that our community can also benefit through our business.
